Ethiopian Food?!?!?

Did anyone happen to catch the latest episode of Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmerman (the discovery channel I think!) He was in Ethiopia trying out their funky food....raw camel kidney, fermented cheese that has been buried for months, all kinds of fun stuff. Needless to say, we will not be that adventerous in our meals while we are there, but it was interesting. The one thing he kept mentioning over and over again was how kind and generous the Ethiopian people are. They were warm and welcoming. The country and the people are absolutely beautiful and it makes us ready to go. (Actually, Sabrina was having second thoughts after seeing some of what they eat. We assured her that we will eat "normal" food while we are there! :) We have a conference call on Wed, the 19th, so just pray that we hear SOMETHING, ANYTHING to keep our spirits up!
